There is no need to submit additional material unless requested, unless material information in your original submission changes.

Do not send passwords, private keys, one-time security codes, unrestricted bank credentials or other authentication information to ECM USA.
If sensitive supporting documentation becomes necessary, ECM USA may provide appropriate instructions for the applicable stage of review.

It does not create an advisory engagement, fiduciary relationship, financing commitment, lender relationship, investment relationship, exclusivity arrangement or obligation by ECM USA to provide services.
Formal services begin only after the applicable qualification and onboarding requirements have been satisfied and the relevant engagement documentation and commercial requirements have been completed.
