Process Summary

Receipt of a request is only the first step.

The submission pathway is designed to support controlled intake, not immediate engagement.

ECM USA receives the preliminary request and may review the submission for completeness, relevance, mandate type, estimated value, and jurisdictional context.
Step 02
ECM USA may conduct an initial suitability screening to determine whether the matter appears aligned with the firm’s advisory, documentation, transaction-management, and mandate-readiness model.
Step 03
ECM USA may request further information, clarification, authority evidence, documentation summaries, source-and-purpose context, or additional background before deciding whether to proceed.
Step 04
If accepted for Institutional Review, ECM USA may issue review terms, including any applicable review fee, document protocol, limitations, and next steps.
Step 05
Formal services begin only after written acceptance, onboarding, execution of definitive engagement documentation, and payment of applicable fees.
Grand Total
